English Meadows- Residential Neighborhood in Grayslake

I recently sold a home in English Meadows, a desirable neighborhood in Grayslake. Consisting of about 675 homes, English Meadows is perfect for those looking for single family homes feeding into the Grayslake school system (district 46), including Grayslake North Community High School (district 127). The neighborhood’s main entrance is located off Il Route 83. English Meadows is also only a few blocks from Grayslake North High School as well as Renwood Golf Course. The neighborhood boasts beautiful grasslands and a nice sized pond. English Meadows also has a great community center perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors and meet new people in the Grayslake area.

English Meadows was built in the early to mid 1990’s by Lexington Homes. Though mostly consisting of 2 story houses, the neighborhood does include a number of raised ranches and split level homes. Each property on average has anywhere from .15-.20 acres of land. All of the homes have full basements regardless of the model, and they all have at least 2-car garage parking (although the Wingate and Gatewood models tend to have 3-car garage parking). English Meadows does not have an association at this time but the neighborhood has been well kept regardless.

If you or someone you know may be looking to sell or buy a home in English Meadows or the Grayslake area please call or email me. I’d love to help you address your real estate needs further!
